Slow twitch meets fast twitch muscle fibres with this cardio blast and high energy 3 Day Yoga Shred Challenge. It is high energy but low impact on our joints, moving mindfully for good body alignment. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

This is a free challenge in support of World Mental Health Day on Sunday 10th October. Together we combine a physical and yet mindful workout.
