1:1 Transformation Sessions
Yoga brings things into a relationship with each other, it's practice means something different to everyone. It is also about your core self relationship and a 1:1 gives you the opportunity to explore and grow this. You get to put tools into place to work on your personal goals with a program that is tailored to your needs and works around your timetable.

I offer two types of transformation packages:
Treat yourself to time out...Do you struggle to step outside of your day to day, switching off from responsibilities or stresses? Whether a one off treat or a regular session to allow you to fully hit the pause button. I will tailor sessions around gentle energy flows and Yin poses that allow the body and mind to relax and release. Your time out moments are complemented by restorative assists with essential oil blends.
Building strength from the inside out. Maybe Yoga has been recommended to you for health as part of your journey back to fitness. Together we will build a package to ignite the core for deeper core strength, creating strength, flexibility and confidence which is tailored to your individual needs. If appropriate for your journey block packages include video tutorials to take elements of your practice into everyday life.
