It has been a while...let's reconnect.




Thank you to everyone who has booked into classes already, I am looking forward to seeing you all next week. Our first class kicks off on Monday 7th September with a rocking Yoga Shred...if you haven't yet booked your membership/block/class click one of the links below to get started. See you on the mat x September - Transformation & Transition When we step on the mat next week and in the coming weeks for September we will be reconnecting with the Breath. The movement of the Breath can travel through the entire body and how we use that in our practice determines how the energy in our body then flows. We will also be diving into mobility within our practice, exploring both our range of movement and creating new patterns of movement to break habits and build strength. This is one of the best ways to aid in the prevention of injury and helps us learn a huge amount about our body and how we move. What the rest of this year looks like... Memberships unless cancelled will recur naturally so there is nothing you need to do. There will be a pause in the month of December to the normal class schedule to make way for seasonal Workshops and Events. More information will be available nearer the time.
